1. What happens when I cancel my ticket online?

    Cruzliner will not refund for all canceled tickets.

2. Can I choose the seat numbers?

    Currently this service is not available. Not all our service providers are able to give us the confirmed seat  
    numbers. We will add this in due course once we have confirmed seat numbers from our bus service
    providers.


3. Can I have a seat preference at the time of booking?

    Yes you can select the seat preference like window/aisle by calling us after you had make your online
    payment. We will do our best to confirm your seat preference. However there is no guarantee as this is
    dependent on the availability of seats at the time of booking.


4. What happens if I miss the bus? Will I get a refund?

    If you miss the bus due to your own delay in reaching the pick up point we will not be able to do anything.
    However if the  bus had canceled it  services, you will get a full refund.
